  • Albuquerque, Bernalillo County: The Ward’s Building, situated within Winrock Town Center, is the next phase within this highly anticipated multi-phased project. The completed project will have approximately 1.25 million square feet of retail, health and entertainment space, 550 residential units, 150 hotel rooms and several thousand square feet of office space. The project seeks $20 million in Opportunity Zone equity.
